Alpha track

Does the Alpha track have better downhill characteristics than the powerclaw? Interested in the sled and want to know if there still a toboggan downhill. Heard of some lugs tearing off, but it was a very low snow year until of late. Trying to decide between an Alpha and an Axys. I currently ride an Axys. Need some seat time on the Alpha. Used to love my old m8 besides going downhill and the deceleration bog. Axys has been my favorite sled to date.

For me downhill is pretty close to the same. No more bog.

Good to hear the bog is gone. Buddy's 850 was doing it before the reflash. Brought back some old memories. Unfortunately not good ones. The new Cats are impressive. Love and hate these decisions when there's good options. I'm not brand loyal.

I think this track goes pretty good down hill. Seems to just bite in well.

It seems like if youre getting on the brakes a lot going down hill you'll be doing mach 5 real quick, but if you kinda just let the engine slow you down it seems to do alright. My 16 ltd. Was easier to slow down but like stated above no bog from the ctec

i find it easier to control the alpha downhill, uphill, sideways or wherever you find yourself...:face-icon-small-hap....especially when stuck, which happens a whole lot less..:face-icon-small-hap
