Rode Fri & Sun- trial to and 5 miles past the Forks Roadhouse is brutal. Nice powder in the trees. Anything above treeline or in the open was windblown.

Dont know man. I have never been. We have one guy riding with us who will be out for the 1st time but I just want to find some powder and some hills!!

I will be riding up with my bro and 2 other guys maybe 3. My bro has been up ther before but doesnt know the area to well. I just want to have some fun

i think me and the guys will leave Eagle River around 7am or so. So however long it takes to get there from here. Im down for you rollin, I would love to talk about the arch angel drop over we were discussing last week.

I heard Pville is all flat land so Im not too excited but either way it will be nice to get out and play.

Too cold to ride - u guys are nuts.

Was it ICR that was posting the stuff about the areas on the Peninsula between turny and Lost lakes that are unregulated? Whoever that was, did you find more maps or more information on that? Any information would be greatly appreciated, nothing worse then going out riding only to find out your "poaching". What is the penalty for that anyways? Thanks - Trav

More land closures sucks... just wish it was easier to figure out where is/is not legal.

I'll looked into this deeply and I "think" the area I wanted to ride is fine(I picked up even newer maps with the boundary lines). The problem is the Park rangers are complete dickheads who hate sledders and won't tell you anything. Try having a conversation with one about sledding and you'll just get frustrated. If i go, I'll just bring the maps showing the park lines and I figure i can at least fight the ticket if they try to give me one. Not like they're any help on the phone.
