As in anything else, when you have a point of view that is taken to extremes it ends up destroying the very thing it was ment to protect or enhance.
Examples.
Endangered Species Act.
Wilderness Act.
Social Security.
medicaid.
Medicare.
the list goes on and one.
Just as with the above, liberalism has gone to far.
Political correctness is part of liberalism.
The United States and Canada are being turned into welfare states.
We are expected to pay more so those that do nothing can get what we work for.
Think of it as a pengulim (sp?).
It swings from one side to another.
In the 30's and 40's we were a VERY conservative country.
This started to really changing in the 60's and 70's.
People are starting to say enough.
I give it another 5 to 10 years till the chit hits the fan.
why 5 - 10 years?
Because the people that started the whole liberal movement are dropping like flies and in another 5 - 10 years the generations that had to live in there view of the world and forced to act the way the liberals wanted will be in charge.
As anyone with kids can tell you......
kids live for change, they want to know what it is like to live the other way. In this case the other way is conservatism. People are tired of watching criminals get away with it while the people they prayed on are forced to retreat under the onslaught of the likes of the ACLU.

.What we say and want is pointless, we are such a small group of people what we say goes unnoticed. Sitting here whining about doesn't do anything, the fact is the city folk out number us. That is why we now have two choices for president, a black socialist or a donkey in disguise. I haven't met anyone who has voted for them but they are the choices. So being the minority everything that they don't like us doing hunting, fishing, and dirtbiking ect. will be gone, so I'm going to go out and enjoy it now before I can't.
