There is a tool in the factory tool kit to remove the torx on the hood. The dzus clips that hold the side panels on suck regardless same with the plastic darts. If you lose any you can take some outta the winsheild in a bind. Polaris runs a tight track one to avoid ratcheting and 2 that's what they recommend.

black, oily fluid dripping from pipe/y-pipe

I am thinking this is likely attributed to a good "fogging" of the motor for the summer? I can also replace the y-pipe dohnut. Anyone else run into this? First start up of the fall/winter.

I picked up a half dozen extra darts from ACE right after I got the sled last year, they have a phillips head, push in, screw out, carry extras on the sled.
