Pro RMK chassis - hood harness, open two wire plug coming from the chassis/hood connector, red/yellow and brown/white wires. 2 amp fused ACC power. Poo does make a RCA visor plug to mate this.

I believe there is a plug-in under the hood, by the headlight cluster...not 100% sure though. I too was wondering as I bought my wife a 600 PRO and want to do the same thing

Yes...The plug to use for that is as described above... a two wire rubber plug (looks like a smaller version of a 4conductor trailer plug)... First time out... probably take off your hood to find it.

He is asking for AC power , The plug in the hood is DC power.

There is a plug on the clutch cover in the black pouch labeled "AC" also a plug in the pouch at the steering column that is not labeled is also "AC"

Now AC (Alternating current) and ACC (Accessory power, (DC power)) get mixed up to often on the site. So you may want to clarify.

So if you want ACC accessory power (12v DC) there is a plug in the hood as mentioned above.

I believe my 13 had both AC and DC in the nylon bag by the steering column and the 14/15's only have AC up there. The DC is now only in the second nylon bag above the clutches.

Lundracing, What connector do you have on your visor...RCA or 12v Auto plug (cigarette adapter style)??

If you simply want AC (alternating) current to power the visor...

This kit will Plug/Play for you. Small hole in the console.
$23 with free shipping.

The DC ACC rubber plug will also power visors and what it was intended for in the first place. It has a 2amp fused capacity...DO NOT increase the fuse size.

NAPA plug $3.00, CLICK HERE... You can get an RCA plug for the dashboard (most visors have an RCA plug) for this at any Radio Shack.

HOLD UP! You all are confusing the poor guy. Here's the correct answer:

There's a Velcro bag at the top center of the steering column/overstructure. Open that up and you'll find a flat white plug with 4 positions, but only 2 of them with wires. It may be labeled ACC PWR, but will be the only white flat plug in the Velcro bag. This is 12 volt AC power specifically meant for your helmet visor. This is Alternating Current, of which your heated visor does not care.

The 12 volt plug near the headlights, as shown in the other link above, is 12 volt DC power, fused at 2 amps.

You are correct tuneman... except it is a 3 position connector... and it is in diff places on diff model year sleds... some don't have the bag either.

No longer available.... but Polaris used to make/sell both a DC RCA socket and a DC "cigarette lighter"-type socket to plug into the rubber 2 cond plug with the fuse. Now the Pure Polaris website doesn't show any of those...

The part Number I listed will give him the ability to plug into that AC power if it is in the bag or up near the overstructure (depending on year).

Do you cut the connector and hard wire.

Heck no... Get the connectors and pins and plug right in... Or get the pre made one for $23 in the link above.
