900 NA or Boost?

Think the HP will be about the same but better low/mid throttle response on the 9?
Depends on elevation. At 10,000 feet turbo has more HP. NA is quicker throttle response. I still don't have enough time on the boost to know which I prefer. ON the 800 with boondocker sidekick, I preferred the NA, unless snow was deep. It has been a bad snow year, so not enough time on the boost yet.

I think I'm going to stick with the boost 1st choice if I can get a confirmed order. Thinking back why I wanted it in the first place was riding an 800 AC MC on the flat eastern side at 1200ft elevation was a hoot about pull your arms out of their sockets. But get out in the deep in the Big Horns and it was like riding a 600 (back east) and you wanted to squeeze the throttle through the bar hoping for a little more. Turbski maintains the hp power band from sea level on up in elevation, then I need to stop thinking about it and just stick with my first want and reason why.

Buddy rode both back to back. Claimed 900 for the win. Unless altitude and 4 feet deep, the 900 was better. His opinion, he is a better rider than I am, I didn't touch either one.

If it’s real, a 900 NA but that is just a small 140lb riders humble opinion. I like quick throttle response and immediate bottom end, but I’m also not the worlds fastest decision maker executing a line. Still waiting to ride a friends new Polaris boost. But to date the only turbo motor I’ve liked is the ski doo factory boost.

If there is a 900 would it even be in the mountain chassis for 23? The big power mountain guys already have a boost option. Polaris always puts a new chassis in the short track for a year before the mountain, maybe they follow suit with this engine. They just released a pic of a low slung lake racer saying "fastest Polaris ever." Might just be in a Mach Z rival sled for this season. Flatlanders are mad they didn't get the turbo 850 in their trail sleds even if it only would have been a 15 hp difference down low.

Been gone and out of service riding for a week. What has arrisen that makes everyone so certain a 900 is coming?
I was told the 900 was in the works back in 2019, made sense back then based on where the info was coming from. Im surprised by the back to back release with the boost, but agree 900 is coming. Look at the carls cycle 900, a stock 900 twin from polaris with good performance on par with low boost turbo and reliability is a possibility
