The Jaws ascender trail can were a bit louder than stock but sounds good. The jaws can work good at least for the 800

No it's not. Used a digital bathroom scale and weighed myself, then while holding both cans multiple times. Now I just took it off and weighed it on a cooking scale to verify
My apologies. Was going off their own website and spec sheet. I have yet to weigh mine but it feels heavier than my last one. Don't know why they say 6lbs. unless you got an early pre production one?

What do you think of it? Saw a video on Facebook and it seemed close to stock.
I installed it last and I'll be riding this weekend. At idle it has a nice throaty tone and it isn't obnoxious. In comparison to my buddies ear piercing L2s from Speedwerx it's exactly what I want.
Nice. Please report back after your ride. I've been a big fan of SLP since they try to keep 88dB but I'm impatient this year.
I second this. Im not even sure its louder than stock, just a deeper tone. Very happy.

FWIW, my Diamond S on my Ascender 800 is definitely quieter than the one on my 858. It's still not as obnoxious as a "mountain can" but you can tell the new one has a bit more bark.

Ill have 12 ceramic costed Jaws trail mufflers available next week. Should be done at the ceramic coated today and then I need to box them all up.Just an FYI. I got the GGB also and it sounds great. It has a nice deep throaty sound to it. It’s quieter than my dad’s Diamond S on his Asender 800. Even tho it weighs a little more than a titanium can, for less than 300 it was well worth the money.
So how do I get my hands on one of those ceramic coated jewels?
