Under your y-pipe. Might have to lift the engine to get to all the bolts. Why do you need to check it? Never had one give out on me, flow problems are usually the thermostat.
I've removed the thermostat. Temp light comes on after about 5 minutes of operation. Left footrail is hot, rear heat exchanger is lukewarm and right rootrail is ice cold. I'm open to any ideas because getting to that water pump looks like a real pain.
