Snowmobile.com did an honest weigh in with the sleds fueled. 32 pound difference. 13 more pounds if you run the belt drive Poo.....uh, that is 45 pounds.
So what does cat have on Poo. Cats 2018 big changes are a narrower lighter sled, direct injection, better low end torque, better approach angle to get up on the snow, better clutching and those amazing gray graphics. Seems like playing catch up to me. I actually like the Cats and would love riding them but this discussion is all about brand loyalty b.s. not the facts. Come on guys, you can do better, they're all great sleds but give Poo credit for driving these great advancements. I think Cat was very competitive with their M sleds, led the way in many respects but they dropped the ball on a lot of things in 2012 and have been trying to get back in the game since. Great progress the last few years.
