I am surprised no one has said anything about the 8t drivers for this year either... Theres a video under "Lightweight Extrovert Drivers" window http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modeltechnology/656/0/technology.aspx

New drivers are only good for a stock sled with stock track. Will have to change back to the 7 tooth if you want to run the 2.5. Or get a front cooler mod/delete.

this is the dumbest law. do they honestly enforce it? or is it like those stupid laws you hear about like a horse has to wear a diaper after 6 pm in kanasa city!!

I have never seen any WI DNR enforce that law before. but its a legal thing with yamaha. The 2012 Nytro mtx is too wide for WI trails therefore we cannot sell them in WI. Its retarded

Anyone else notice that the 153 mtx doesn't have the new ascent track???

So now that we know that AC has an 1100 4 stroke turbo mountain sled, when is Yamahas other shoe gonna drop? I don't know what HP the AC is yet, but I would guess it's over 180 since it has an intercooler....

I agree, and why would they offer the cheap snowcheck boost option to entice people to by an underpowered sled if they have a monster sled they could have just released 2 weeks sooner?

THE NEW SLED did not pass emissions in time for introduction this Spring.

Whether or not we will see it 8-12 months from now is unknown.
