Yamaha Venture Lite 2008 Bad Idle

Hello from Sweden! My dad has a Yamaha venture lite from 2008 that idles bad both cold and warm. Sometimes the sled can die when it's just idle and it can also be hard to start it when it's warmed up. Im going to change spark plugs on it, but do you guys have any ide of what the problem Is? I'm linking some videos that shows the sleds rpm when it's cold and warm.

There is an idle adjustment screw on the bottom of the intake, that would be the easiest place to start. There is also an air sensor in the intake that could be bad. I'm not sure if the venture uses that sensor to adjust the ECU or if it would throw a code if that fails. I see that he opens the throttle and it doesn't increase RPMs, that could be the throttle safety switch which you can just unplug to see if it solves the issue.

Poor idle and hard starting on a 4 stroke might mean that the valves need adjusted too. They are easy to check for clearance, but more work to shim them.
