2012 injectors?

Has anybody installed the 2012 injectors on there 2011 PRO RMK? I have some inconsistency with the way my 2011 runs and i have heard that the the injectors of this year has had there issues and would like to install the 2012 injectors if possible. Any positive feed back on this would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure it requires ecu reflash to change to the yellow dot

Dealer said that i might have to install new 2012 ECU... So are you sure that the 2011 can take the 2012 update/flash? would like to hear if anybody has installed the injectors on there 2011 and what the exact process would be thanks.
