2015 rmk motor swap to 2012 chassis

So I’ve got this project I just bought and it’s a 2012 chassis with a 2015 motor. It has a 2012 ecu and main harness and I just got in my 2012 injectors and harness in and installed. I’m not getting any power to my injectors and I’m not sure why. Is it even possible for this to work? I have the 15 injectors they just didn’t have the right connections on the main harness of the 2012. Can this work if I use a 2015 harness and ecu. Just seeing if I’m missing something.

Why would you go backwards and run older tech on a newer motor? run the ECU and electrics for the 15 as they are better. Chassis wise there isnt too many differences other than QD.

The 12 also had tipped up rails at the rear, and chaincase. If I remember correctly?
