2012/13 Snowy Range snow conditions

Just a FYI, we used to do it your way and there were a bazillion personal threads about conditions. You would have to wade through each one only to find expired information.

The majority wanted to align there info so it would be a up to date one stop shop. Sorry you dont want to pay the 15$ a year but there are truely more benefits than just this conditions. You may take a few minutes to look at a premium membership you may find you like it.

Plus by keeping snow conditions on a single thread, I can subscribe to ONE thread and get the email updates when I am too busy to log in and check for updates. A single sticky thread is one of the best (probably the best) things Himark has done as a moderator of this section IMO.

Can we get back to talking about snow now? (or the lack of it.....)

I think you are wrong himark. In the past there was no Wyoming snow conditions forum section. So with there being one now, a sticky is not needed. Its your loss when you support excluding members from being able to post in this thread. I'm trying to make a positive change that won't affect anyone in a negative way.
I would rather be a 3rd grader than some old man telling people how to spend their money. Telling me and others what to spend there money on is not helpful.

By the time we have good snow in the snowys this thread will be too big for basic members to post in. (Ya you don't want to see their pics in here, they're just a basic member)
I bet every one of you guys that love this sticky so much will open one or more of my post this winter.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm not paying 15 dollars to hang out with you guys in this or any other sticky.
Maybe you guys should set up a premium member snowest forum ride in the snowys once this thread gets too big so all the basic numbers wont know about it. You could call it the Nazi Party forum ride :)

It will be too big by the time you get done pissing and moaning! Nobody wants to see your parking lot and trail riding pics anyway! :yo:
Start a new thread why you don't like sticky threads, and quite being a Debbie downer on this one..

I don't think very many people here will be impressed with a 100 mile day.

The best days I have had on the hill have been around 35 miles. In some of the pics I took on these days, you cannot even see the speedo on the sled.:sorry:

Also, what difference do snow conditions mean to a trail rider? You can still do your 100 miles on the worst day of the season on the trails....

I believe he's being sarcastic.:face-icon-small-win

Never ceases to amaze me what we argue about................sigh

Really?

$15 a year for a premium membership is something to waste time complaining about? Maybe if your were to rake the neighbors leaves (probably take the same aount of time that you have into posting/bitching about it) you could earn enough money to pay the $15. Just a thought.....

It takes $$ to run an awesome website like this so the more members there are the more we will get out of it.

I take it you didn't read all of my posts! Its not about the money and its not that i need to know the snow conditions in the snowys. ( I live 2 hours from the snowys) not like guys that drive 10 plus hours one way. Im asking for no sticky so more info will be posted from week to week. Premium members will still post and basic members can post too.
If premium members need a sticky so bad, start a new sticky at post 74. I would post pics videos and snow conditions if i could. 90% of all my riding in a winter is done in the snowys. I wont pay money to post info on snowest. Snowest should pay me.
