the good --the sleds ran great-9000 feet on the horns at 22 degrees-we had my 08 x--our 08 everest--a 08 x with a head and y pipe-and our 09's--1 stock--1 with a SLP pipe
there was enough snow to doo a little comparing on the roads and get a few miles on the 09's---the clutching was a tick off but its also hard to tell on the road---stock 09 had 6mm set screws and we ran it in clicker 4 and it ran 8000 rpms --should have had 3mm screws in and it would have been dead on--our 08 everest has always been the fastest sled on the road till now--not any more the 09 was a tick faster new![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

the 09 with a pipe ran about ski to ski with the stock 09 BUT it only ran 7700 rpms in clicker 4 due to 12mm set screws--dropping to 6 for next week--went to clicker 5 but it didnt pull much better even though it ran 8000-8100--never like running them over clicker 4 because they just never pull as good--ran them several times against each sled and they were very consistant--NO--NO varying RPM up or down hill racing![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
i like the new helix ---the 08's would gain 300 rpms on the down hill grade---i think its going to work good but we wont know till we hit the deep stuff--
THE BAD---there wasnt any except for our clutching being off just a tick which was our fault--ran near perfect
THE UGLY--had to be the road--ice and i didnt have the studded tires yet
In conclusion i think at around 9000 feet your going to want 3 mm set screws till is broke in then it MIGHT pull 6mm screws--the pipe i think is going to be GOOD when i get it down in clicker 2 or 3 --pulls HARD and spins a lot on the road---so far i give BRP a A+ on the 09--its as we expected the 08's should have been----
