Peaks Lodge

any word on being able to sled up from the Peaks Lodge yet? sorry i don't want to surf through 15 pages to find out.
i'm heading out w 3 guys, all from MB, Dec 7 to the 12th.

thanks
chris

They will be logging till the middle of Dec.
The W entrance will not be opened until then. They are hauling from the Veideman, the only road open is the Kirkup.
During the wk. you need radios to travel up. The frequency is posted at the trailhead.

still undecided where to go this week/weekend... dont feel like tareing the radio out of the work truck just for this.

where to rent one if i make my way there?

on the wknds. the SRS will be controlling traffic heading up. Fri.-Sun.

The Boost4, Thunderstruck 8 show was great and thanks for comming everyone.
I just got back from the Christmas Food Hamper depot. Again this yr. we are the 1st group to donate.
I dropped off on behalf of the Revlelstoke Snowmobile Club 300 lbs. of food and $370.36 in gift certificates for Coopers. WHEW!!!!!!
We also were able to make a donation to the Canandian Avalanche Centre in the amount of $650.00 through the auction.
A huge thanks to Mr. November, Climbmax, Fuji, Swenny, Randy or whatever you like to call him for being our M.C. and auctioneer for the evening.
More thanks to Veedy, Jim Phelan, Tracks Canada, Yamaha Canada, Powder Pete`s, Ultimate Power Sports and Kerry for your generous donations for the draws.

I was told to thank you and wish you all Happy Holidays.

We will be riding that area Thursday and don't have a radio. Would avoiding Boulder and riding Frisby be a better choice for at least that one day?
