Must be the one 'bout a mile south of the gap, just north around the corner from Sugarloaf. Boat load of slides this weekend, glad the rider's ok. First probe to find him---way lucky---believe he should buy a lottery ticket with that kind of fortune.

how far is the snowies from big horns? We were looking at going to big horns this weekend but we might change our mind. What do you guys think? Is there good snow at both locations?

Have no idea about the Big Horns, but we had alot of sleds over the weekend here. Today was bluebird sunshine, tomorrow is forecast the same. I didn't go up but the temps were in the mid 20's so I'm guessing the snow is setting up. I'm sure you can find untracked, you're just going to have to hunt.

snowies vs horns

The horn are north of the snowies like around 250 miles or so. 8 live by the horn and work down by the snowies, never rode there looks sweet! Anyone ride during the week and wouldn't mind a tagalong I would be super interested, please pm me if you are up for a extra rider that can take care of himself, thanks if anyone responds to this

thanks for the reply. We are still debating on where we are going this weekend. Would it be better at the snowies or depends on the condtions? where are some good places to say?

Forecast is for snow Thur night until noon Fri, we've had 5 days of sunshine. I was up today, the most common areas are hard packed. There are tracks just about everywhere but the snow isn't cement if you get in the trees.
