14 pro bully dog silber bogging

I wish it was that easy. My ecu is locked so I had to send it to Justin. I over nighted it to him on monday. I hope it shows up today or I will be pissed. Really wanted to go riding tomorrow.

Did you install the bullydog tune yourself with the key provided when you bought it or did you send in you ecu to have it tuned?
If this is anything like the bulldog gt tuner i had on my old truck or the h&s i have on my new diesel a long as you have i have the key to unlock the ecu installing new tunes or returning to stock should be fairly simple. Im hoping!!

I think it's more like an efi live system where the ECM is locked to the computer via the tuning software. At any rate this issue is getting to be about 4 months old and the just got a new map? The vipec had multiple new maps out in one week when it first came out. This one has taken months. Pretty sad people have resorted to removing the turbos to ride their sled.

Ecu showed up today. Yeah.
My first ecu I was able to download a tune but it was corupt. It kept throwing an unknown code. So I sent it back to Justin and he sent me the one I have now and it came locked.
Ill report if it is better or not.

I need to thank Justin and James for the map they sent me. 56 miles in deep wet snow today at 8lbs and zero issues, no bogs/hesitations/flat spots at all.
For guys having the issue of the sled falling on its face or bogging after 30-40 seconds wide open under load this may work for you? I still think with each sleds set-up there may be variables to how they run but I am very happy with the way mine ran today.

My new map was better. No bogs like before. I did get it to hesitate once trying to cross a steep ravine but it pulled out of it. Very nice not to have the bog. Not convinced it helped much with longer climbs though. I need to run it more. It did sputter on a longer pull on ethanol mode. I put it in premium mode and it seemed better. Avy conditions were very high so I didnt get much long climbing done.

Does your bullydog box say establishing communication mine got corroded on the power adapter box where the hdmi cable plugs into the adapter and it wouldn't communicate with the ECM. Mtn Tk sent me a new power adapter and it solved all my problems. Hope that helps u out.
Reinstalled my turbo after getting the new map. Going for a ride today, I will report back on how it ran. I got high hopes. While it was off, I got the turbo components coated too.
Status report after riding in 4ft of fresh heavy pow:
Sled with the new fuel map does run way better. It doesn't seem to bog at all when in/out blipping of the throttle like it used to, I still get it slight bog if lets say the sled is stuck and you give it too much gas off outta the hole, but I think that just because the turbo is plugged and track is loaded up. The main issue still for MY sled is that it still has a stutter on WOT pulls that last longer than a few seconds. I installed an AFR gauge and will be testing again on the mountain today. Hopefully I can troubleshoot and see if its a lean or rich cut out. But I will say it is 75% better and is actually rideable now, thanks Corey/Justin for working hard on this.

Diehardpoos kit has a 2863 and not the standard 2860. We will have to do some custom tuning with his.
