Are you guys headed up there saturday?
If so we could meet up for a ride.
Only problem is you have to be in the parking lot by or before 9:00am or you won't get a spot.
We got there at 9:20 last saturday and got one of the last spots across the road in the overflow.

Those are great pics. Just wondering where you are on that last pic. I ride all the time around the Danish pass and I have never seen the trees like that, but would sure like to. So if you could point me the right direction, well unless it is a secret spot then I understand.

Funny abuot the trail. My wife wouldn't ride it again until it was groomed.
Well, last time we went the groomer had just gone through. We were in the deep in no time flat! Tony's is suppose to be as technical and major pucker in some areas! Yeah, the trail sucks getting in there most of the time but it is nice not to be out with 300 other people like Daniels Summit or that area.

The area between Gog and Magog above white pine lake and back over to above Tony Grove lake is some of the funnest riding this state has to offer once the avy's settle down. IMO

Same location I explained for chris.
Franklin basin up "Steep" canyon which is the first canyon you can go up.
The south side has 2 chutes, this is the north side... Big open hill at the top of the canyon, You climb to the top and it doglegs to the south and is kind of a bowl that goes back for a ways.
A couple people have comented on the trees, the only place they are like that is right at the peaks looking down into cache valley.
This spot is no secret, but I have ridden there on bikes and sleds for over 20 years so I know all the ins, outs, shortcuts, and secret spots;)
There are a couple of high elevation areas that few go to and the scenery is breathtaking.

Thanks for the info! After coming down from Danish pass I usually only go about a mile or so on Franklin and then I play in the hills and bowls just off the road. So I have never traveled that far south, but it looks like I need to.

Again great pics
