Wow, those are great pics.
Can't believe how thickly coated the tree's are already.
Was the landing OK. Looks like he may have needed one tap on the brake.
Thanks for sharing.
nice pics, hope landing turned out ok
UpperHuffman crew - we need to start ridin franklin basin or near the bear lake lodge.....the trees are more thin here a tree riding makes me happy
Mjunkie was not feeling it at this time(black sled)... I was wondering why my stock M1000 was almost climbing with his cutler1000... Turns out he had a powervalve cable that had come off... Second half of the day was more the norm... He was ripping around and schooling us in climbs! (Don't worry, we were careful and stayed off a few hills that sure where tempting)
If we can practice self control in these conditions anyone can!
Landing turned out OK for me... 1st one not bad, second and third even though I tried a different angle I landed in the same hole so I didn't go for a 4th.
You Utah guys (and others) are welcome to come ride with us anytime... I love the boondocking up there... The trees are spaced just right.
My brother texted me last night and said that the weekend of the 30th we are going up to stay.
Most likely we will leave friday mid day and stay through sunday.
I will make a post or let you guys know... We have plenty of room at the cabin and could always use some good friends from the 4m to ride with.
4 miles up the road to the cabin, so you have to pack your stuff in.
These point and shoot cameras are a pain... Its obvious we need better equiptment or more practice... Most of my shots I missed due to the delay.
what area was the last picture?? for some reason it doesn't look familiar...

Any brands and riders are welcome......we will be hitting the franklin basin/egan basin areas on Saturday. We are going up Wed. night and riding Thurs. Fri. Sat. There will be plenty of Snowester 4m brothers there as well.

we will hook up sometime this season...i really want to ride franklin a few times
I have had a D50 SLR for a few years and worked for Eastman Kodak for 3 years...find a setting on your point and shot that will turn the auto-focus option off, then push the "take a picute button" half way, pushing it half way should focus the shot, then you can give it a full push and is should snap a pic quick, most newer point n shoot cameras have a multi pic option that will keep snapin pics while you have the button held down....or thats the way most cameras are working these days, good luck
