09/10 Torpy riding conditions

Just drove up the pass lk. road today, never seen so much snow in my life!!!! couldn't even make it to the 20k! Headed up tomorrow to get the first tracks hope my boss doesn't mind. holy crap can't believe it's here so early!!!!

There's probably some fresh up there, the hixon area was white this morning -4 by the time i drove through most of it melted but there was some left that was around lunch, all the cutblocks in the distance were white still. I am thinking the barkerville area got a good dump, and the trucks coming from the north reported snow up high. Bring it on!!!

Just wanted to let all you PG riders know.....The PGSC will be holding another raffle for the fall of 2009. Tickets are $100 with a chance of 1st prize $5000 Cash and 2nd prize $2500 Cash. There are only 200 tickets so you have a 1 in 100 chance. The proceeds will go towards grooming operations. Contact Garry at PG Yamaha or Laurie at Trimline for your tickets. Tickets will be also at the Oct meeting.
