extended forcast after this weekend isn't looking good.. But weather guys can hardly tell what happened yesterday. Hopefully we get some big storms comin in. I couldn't imagine not have great riding over christmas....

Nice...keep up the info fellas, 99.99% done with my sled and ready for some tuning.

To the groomers, when you get finished with the trails:beer;:beer;:beer;

Sunday 12/13
Maybe one more inch over night. Temp is rising and 33 right now. Should make a good base on the frozen ground. NOAA says 1-3" this afternoon with more through the week. I am still not going to ride here yet, lots of land mines. If anything substantial changes, I will post.

I am going to try and get to Deadwood sometime this week. I will post an update afterward.

Wednesday 12/16
Tamarack is working on 2' 6". South Lake is at about 1' since Tuesday. Consistant non stop snow. Big flakes are starting to show (temp is rising). Snow forcast to some percentage through the weekend. YA!

Leaving Moscow @4:30 am tomorrow, to ride out of brundage upper, can't wait. Wonder how high the avy danger will be, the forecast wasn't updated as of this morning.

Bring your snorkel, It is going to be unbelievably deep! Ohh and take your camera so we can all see. I can't wait till we head down for two weeks this weekend. :D

Rode today. Only people in parking lot at Brundage area at 11am.

Deep heavy snow. Foggy weather so hard to see. Should make a great base.

Avalanche conditions will be very high with this heavy snow.

Broke my rear suspension so had to end early.

Still fun!

Almost everything should be getting covered up after this last storm we had. I rode the day after Turkey day and was off trail a lot.

if they get 3-4 feet out of these storms it should be good by sunday. was up there last sunday and there was no base but a solid 4-5ft in lower twin. still need to be careful but definately enough to play and have a good time.
