05 M 141" suspension question

I picked up this 05 M 141 project sled. Just finished going over the entire skid, getting it back together and installed. New track as well. With the sled sitting on the garagte floor, the rear of the skid sits about and inch off the floor. Once I am on the sled it's not an issue, and lake teting yesterday the sled was fine. I figured maybe the track and/or suspension needed to seat itself. Nope, got her home and it still sits like that.

2 questions:

Is this normal for the year and type of sled? Never had another sled do this.

If not, is this something that the relocation brackets for the front arm mount corrects?

Questions;

#1 = No
#2 = No

Hmmm...well its not a yammy with fancy factory tipped up rails. Pics would help a bunch here. Not sure what you mean by "track/suspension seating itself", but doesnt sound right. Something is amiss... Post pics;

Make sure your rear shock of the rear suspension is rotated to be ABOVE the idler shaft it attaches to. I have put mine together with it below where it' (nearly touching the track) and bad things can happen. It rides like a lumber wagon too.

I will try to get pics on here in the near future. Sled is on trailer, sitting on glides and pieces of old track. Would not be a good representation.

I have been over and over that skid, pictures, shematics and tape measure in hand and cannot figure it out. No bends, everything in the holes they are supposed to be in. Everything in the proper up or down position. It looks like the skid is tilting forward, like it wants to pivot to the front. Once you put a little weight on the sled there is no issue, so riding it there isn't a problem. To me it looks like pulling up the limiters one hole would even it out, but I should not have to do that. I have been working on Cats for a long time so I'm not new to this. Must be missing something simple and just not seeing it.

Might have to pull the skid again and start from scratch.
