Rode my wifes 04 800 151 last sunday.Noticed a vibration almost felt like ratcheting,track is tight though. Thinking maybe the bearing on the driver .If i loosen the track will i be able to feel any play in the bearing.Or any other way to check.any help apreciated.

This happened to me on my 04 a few years ago. Checked the track many times, changed all the bearings. Still couldn't figure it out. Eventually found that I had a small crack in my secondary clutch. Swapped with another secondary and the vibration was gone. Worth looking at.

Don't overlook the obvious. Speaking from experience. Look hard at the drive shaft between the drivers and make sure you don't have a broken drive shaft. Mine broke about 20 miles from the parking lot and I couldn't figure out what it was until I got it home and let all the snow melt out of it. Was pretty hard to see it at first. Mentioned this around and come to find out it is not all that uncommon. Just a thought!
