lol yep you would be racing ppl with over 500hp ill be there with 26lbs backing me hahaWould it be stupid to race a non BB, non turbo, no NOS sled? Its got a 174
The only way anybody will be racing anybody with over 500 Hp. is if Rated-R shows up.

there will be only 1000 trail passes sold for the whole mountain, if you ain't one of those thousand, you ain't gonna watch.
For comparison, how many sleds have been up there for previous years event?

last one I was at(the last one) there was over 4000 sleds and many were doubling. saw 4 guys take in big iron by chopper!!! looked like the way to do it!!

you mean flown into the site???? It would be nice if they had this so you have to drive your sled in and out,,sort of like a real snowmobile(if the temps are to low it won't run anyway)...let the bashing begin. I just think it should be a snowmobile race..you know one you drive all the time??? a lot more fair and fun to compete apples to apples. If your sled only runs well for 30 seconds and then calves(for whatever reason) and you have the fastest time you should have to back it up to the end..driving it up to the site and off the site...just my 2 cents worth

I agree 100% But for those of you thinkin the fastest sled will win... your wrong sort of. If ever I would think I could beat rated R its on the hill they have used in revy. The RACE hill is not level its not straight and its real sh!t show! lining all them peeps up to try and keep **** headed in the right direction. You will have a real challenge just keeping on the pipe, so bring a sled that takes the bumps well and responds to on and off throttle or you wont win in revy.
As for the important part! The CLIMBING, its gona be a blast and the best rider/sled combo of THE DAY will win. Pull all of the chutes cause this one has always been a combination of the days climbing, not like the BD were one chute all day could win it for ya. Sled has to pull all the chutes the others did plus a few they couldnt or wouldnt. Good luck and cant wait!
Sounds like childs play....LOL..Going to be hundreds of thousands of dollars of carnage.Lots of high HP machines but I dont think everyone is going to be able handle where they will be trying to climb.If you have never seen the chutes in person you wont know what Im talking about.I wish my sack and my wallet would let me take a crack at them but for now Ill just watch.

I think there a few good wrecks on the race hill last time this event was big, and this year that hill is rough.
But the climbing? That is gonna be a true test of man and machine, and I hope the snow is deep. I agree, better be bringing the " A GAME " that day. From what I can tell there is about 12-15 chutes that need to be hit.

Neils im gunna go up mid week after we get back from stewart and pick us out some more! i have an idea of a couple new chutes bellow turbo toward 3 valley...we'll see. I plan on locktighting my A game that weekend!
What does the Irmens Arm look like right now? I didnt really pay attention last we looked into monster. I dont think anyone has even pulled monster yet this year.

oh ill be ridding mine up im not fillthy rich i cant aford a helli. and as for riding the sled every weekend that is the only sled i have and ride its a weekend warrior lol and ironmans right the fastest sled dosent always win your racing on snow its all about getting the best line and **** not breaking. and the hill climbs will be the best part thats when the tallent shows in you and the sled

If it's as big as the last one theres gonna be ALOT of unhappy people who don't get to go up there. I think they sold close to 4000 trail passes last time and this time I hear they are limiting it to 1000 passes.
We wanted to go but there is to much risk of not even being able to get up to watch.
