Zbroz 36" A-Arm Kit

Here is a Pic of Skibreeze's 36 inch setup with Fox Floats. We have more of these combos in stock:yo:

with the new design Arms how is the shock clamped in the arm by the bolt ? It doesent appear that it does

Why's the shock upside down? And is the bushings on the 13 float shocks the correct size for the zbros arms? And I guess you need the bolt to are is it included with the arms?

That is the way the shocks are supposed to be mounted on a Pro and we ship the floats with 10mm bushings to be used with the zbroz.

Wow Dave ! The sarcasm is helpful! What I meant was it doesn't seem like the arm is going to pull in and clamp the shock spacers like a standard shock mount on a regular A-arm does am I missing something ?

Zbroz Ars Fx 36" kits

Ok so lots of questions let me start with the ones I can remember.
-2013 pro RMK shock length is 16.6" which also happens to be the length of shock Zbroz is using on there new 36" kit. Actually its 16.5" but the stock 13s will still work. Springs however will not you should buy springs from Zbroz to make the kit work right without a sway bar, Sway bar it too wide to be mounted on the new arms.
-2011 and 12 models need an adaptor kit that includes internal spacer and shorter eyelet and Springs
-The kit does work really well on the pro RMKs and after riding one back to back with a 39" stock pro RMK kit I prefer the 36" kit. Paneling out is not as big of issue as you would think and it is made for tight trees and back country riding so take that into consideration.

Was the sticker suppose to be facing back? I installed my set today and it seems like they fit better with the stickers facing forward.

I don't know why the stickers are on the back side, I was thinking so branches wouldn't scratch them off, or they just screwed up where they put them.

The arms will only fit the spindle one way, I know because I had it assembled with the stickers in front and had to redo it.

I think they installed some of the stickers backwards. We hit them with the pressure washer to remove them on our sleds.

Ok thanks. Do you have any suggestions for setting the caster correct? Like how many threads on the upper tie rod?.

I measure mine with a digital angle finder prior to installing the new ones and just put the spindle to the same angle.

Zbroz arms

All upper arms have a weld dot on the upper right hand arm out where the ball joint goes through. The dot lets you know that is the right side upper arm and the dot goes down so you can't see it. That is the correct way to install them. The sticker could be on the wrong side but I agree it would keep branches from ripping them off unless you are like me and just seem to gravitate to every branch or tree you can find. :face-icon-small-hap

Camber setting

And camber setting is -1 degree or 0 degrees. This would mean the top should tip inward at ride height or your ski should be flat. You can check it with a level or angle finder if you have one.

A problem has been identified with a couple 36 inch kits. We dont know how many it affects but Zbroz has provided guidance that the spindles need to be trimmed. We will provide pictures of what they should look like.

To check if you are affected lift the front of your sled up and see if the spindle binds on the arm preventing you from turning.

Thanks to Rick5150 for bringing it to our attention.
