Yep, this is the same issue Doo had w/ "nuns"...
Of all manuf, I can't believe it'd be Yamaha to play this same game.
Weaken the proper point in the system find a cheaper bending/breaking point, the a-arm.
I guess I may be drilling holes in the Nytro arms too, after looking at the front end on the Nytro, I don't see it being any easier/quicker/cheaper to fix than a Rev.
If I bend a stock arm, I can put on some aftermarkets instead.![]()
Actually DJ the sub frame's about $400 and from what I've heard about 3 or 4hours to install, I wouldn't drill too many holes in those beautiful A arms, they are a work art. I've tortured mine pretty good and it is pretty straight at this point, 650 miles later, just ride it!! A bent sub frame's not a show stopper...
