xp running irregularly

Summit 800 xp snowcheck 163. Wondering if this is happing to any one else, the sled starts out ok in the morning but after a couple of hours it won't rev up, then wait a minute or mess with the throttle and it will rev up again and run good until you let of the trottle. Then it all starts over. It gets worse as the day goes on. Its like its cutting out on fuel or the computer is retarding it for some reason. Also thought it could be altitude comp because we were riding above 9000 feet. My dealer fired it up and it ran good for them, no codes but I expected that because it runs good when you run it for the first hour or two. We were riding in alot of powder when it started, but I know it wasn't my intake. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Disconnected DPM hose or your carb heaters are on. There's also a chance that there is a short in a wire going to the MPEM, heard of a few where the insulator rubbed off and it would short out so check all your connections to your MPEM. last thing I can think of is a bad fuel pump, buddies rev did this... ran good at first and then wouldn't run once the sled was warm.

You can check what MT_mtn_climber said, and I would have your dealer check the solenoids for your RAVE valves. They are mounted on the carb rack on the 07 800R Rev chassis, but I don't know where they are mounted on the XP chassis. Mine screwed up on my 07, and they would not open my RAVE valves. Had to blip the throttle a few times to get them to open. If I got playing in the trees where there was not a bunch of long wide open runs they would get worse. My dealer had to cycle them lots using the diagnostic system (buds system) before they would start to act up. I don't know if this is the problem on yours, but it's worth checking.
