yeah...got to tackle this intake thing myself to save $$!
Air intake guard looks nice, but here's a question for you...........
Without the guard there is "x" number of square inches of exposed intake screen for air flow. With the guard on it looks like you will have a drastically reduced cross section for air inlet......possibly air flowing faster thru smaller opening to get same cfm.........so in the deep fluff will snow get sucked in the guard and still plug the screen....or am I totally full of chit?
