Wrp low seat?

TTT

I'm curious as to which seat height people like the best for the Pro chassis. I'm 6'0" and I am looking at either the standard height or the +2. Someone please chime in that has experience on them. Thanks guys!

I'm 6'-1" find it not too low for sitting nor too high to get in the way, it's a bit narrow on the 2012 and older, the stock 2013 may be the ticket

I'm 5'10" and rode with their 2+ the past 2 seasons and loved it. Never found that it hindered my ability to move around as needed. They make a great quality product too, withstood 2 years of my abuse with no wear and tear!

Love my WRP +2 seat!

Im 5,7" and I have the skins freeride seat if you want a lower seat that's what I would buy. Only down fall a bag wont fit underneath the seat anymore.

I had a Skinz seat on my Apex MTX and it was also of superb quality.

Cheers guys :) Just wondering why peeps would want to go higher than stock? Wouldn't the higher seat get in the way of hoping over??

WRP Seat Heights

Maybe this will help you decide.

Low rider: You should by this seat only if you are super short or a very aggressive back country trees rider that very seldom sits down and does not want the seat to interfere with your body language. I am 6'3" and use a low rider.

Stock Height: This seat would accommodate most any rider aggressive and non aggressive. Does a great job of not getting in the way but still provides great comfort when sitting.

Plus 2": Our most popular hill climb seat used by mostly taller riders and riders that pull extreme cliff drops. Provides the ultimate position for sitting and standing. Excellent cushioning properties as well.

Thanks for posting this information Marc. This was something I had forgotten over the summer... the landings on my drops were well cushioned by your seat! :face-icon-small-coo

Do these seats sit like the 2013 pro seats? Are they wider like the '13 pro seats?

I have not measured the 13' seat compared to my 12WRP standard but I believe the WRP is slightly narrower and it doesn't taper at the front drastically like the 13' pro seat.

Here's a couple pics so you can get an idea of size on the standard new version WRP seat. I'm 5-9 and it was a great fit for me, though I will be riding the super short seat this winter for better whipping room on jumps and less risk of catching for proper hop overs in the trees :)

All in all these seat are amazing quality and backed by an honest company (easy to get a hold of) that is there for there customers at all times.
