Alright yea it's the Snowys... I am well aware that is in the state of Wyoming... I am aware that this is the Colorado Forum... I am even well aware that there is a forum specifically for Wyoming and even the Snowys so spare the time in telling me.

Colorado folks are who I converse with the most so that's why it's here...

Anyways, went up to see some friends and ring in the new year riding, building fires, telling dirty jokes and drinking too much. What better way is there to wrap up one year and begin the next... really? Snow was a little better than I expected, trails were in good shape, off trail you definetly still had to be careful. Got my 2010 suspension on and dialed in and it is an awesome improvement!! Got to really put my new clutch kit to the test and wow DJ knows his stuff even for a flatlander!! Awesome time with friends, huge bonfire at Foxpark, no one got hurt and the only thing that broke was my new seat pocket zipper :(

Nice!

We were a few miles north of you guys - we didn't light off our slash piles because of the windy conditions (we had three more trees blow down while we were up there). That was the first new years in a long time we didn't have a fire - I'm jealous of your bonfire!

yea that fire was nuts and smoldered for the next 2 days. The folks in Fox Park just pile everything through the year they cut out of their yard and pile it up for new years. The first pic of our little fire was New years Eve and the next little fire was New Years day, my friends enjoy starting little fires so everyone stays comfortable enough to ride into the night- your pinky toe gets slightly chilled- he starts a fire. Be heading back up to stay with friends there with the wife again on the 20th!!

nothing better than a toasty fire huddled down in a storm..waiting for that break when the sun shines thru

Looked like a fun time! Hopefully they get a bit of snow from this system headed our way. May not be much but anything helps and I am grateful for that this year and every year.

Goes without saying.......need snow.......I'd like to ride.........once or twice.:face-icon-small-dis
