I found a house I love. Right near one of my best friends, in a neighborhood I like.

This morning I found out an offer had been made. I'm still getting stuff to my mortgage guy. So I email him and found out I'm pre-approved or the loan.

So, tonight I'm making my own offer on what would be my first actual home!!!

Good luck man I hope it works out. After I missed out on my fourth house I came home and told the ole lady I found a house but it needs a brake job! I'll be moving into my first first house next friday! I'm stoked no more appartments!

Offer was faxed last night, they have until 9:00 pm today to accept. This is driving me nuts. I'm at work, with nothing to do, just waiting and waiting and waiting. Ack.

I don't think you can low ball when there is an offer already on the place. I wanted the acerage that I'm currently on and There was three offers on it before mine so I ended up going over list with my offer. It worked out ok since the place is worth double what I payed two years ago. Keep us posted on it goes Wired.
