Winters coming

Hey guys I left off last winter with my sled in a poor state... Well it's fall here in western PA and I'd like to see if we can get her ready for winter. The sled will fire right up 1st pull and idle all day long. It has heavy smoke. And when you apply throttle it will rev to about 4-5k Rpms and will not move. My local dealer told me my temp sensor is probably fried ( I overheated the motor last year threw a pic through my cooler) so I replaced the temp sensor and there was no difference. I had my buddy rev it as I watched the clutch. It starts to engage but seemed like the belt wasn't grabbing. I put my spare polaris oem belt on and it actually grabbed on the clutch and it would actually move. However it's still smoking like a SOB. My buddy has a coolant pressure test gauge. It seems like it's slowly leaking from 13psi test pressure. So I'm on my third set of head o-rings. Do I pull the head again? Is the head warped? Anyone have any insight?

Your head maybe warped. You can check with a mirror and feeler gauge. Place mirror glass side up on table set head on mirror then see if you can run thinnest feeler gauge under the edge. Always follow toque sequence and use a good toque wrench.
