So recently I've noticed how non brand loyal I am. I figure I'll ride whatever works for what I like to do, modability and dependability seem to be on the top of the list.
I see too many times people arguing about what chassis is better, very opinionated. Basically all the chassis' will do the same things with the same riders after they get used to the "feel". Power, suspension, and other mods are really the only things that can affect to what extent the boundaries the pushed from what I can tell. I hated my Rev at first but got used to it and liked it. It took me a long time to get there though. So for people to say they don't like the chassis, that seems like they didn't devote the time needed to "retrain" themselves.
So the question I ask is what keeps people so brand loyal and not open minded to the features of other manufacturers' sled models? Is it really all about the sled? Is it because you've ridden Manufacturer 'X' for so many years and are too close minded to assess other options? Is it because you have a good dealer?
