whos the best skidoo dealer in or around edmonton?

I found that it was alot easier to go online to the parts catalog for BRP and find out what you needed and show up with part numbers and do all the work your self. I had the best luck getting parts out of wetaskiwin / camrose but I never tried riverside.

My experience with Martin has not been great, nobody there seems to have time for you unless you have a wad of $100 bill showing in your pocket, I deal exclusivly with Gibbons Motor Toys, Tim, Deryl and Justin are GREAT and knowledgable, 2 thumbs up for them

x2. Talk to Larry at Wetaskiwin for service. Roger for sales. Good bunch there. Tell them Dean sent you.........they'll know what it means.:D

i agree!!!!....im from "the wonk" (wetaskiwin).....born & raised......(i have excaped however)

& yes Larry is great in Service & Lisa & Bill in parts are so awesome!

my fam has dealt with them for years & i now have an XP - Larry helped me with all my service recalls ....had to ship me a lot of parts & pieces & instructions to southern alberta....it was very timely & a great help!

One good thing with the economy slow down is hopefully these dealers give us more personalized service vs show us the money atitude. Hang on

Camrose Cycle. Used to be a SkiDoo dealer but now is Yamaha. Still service all SkiDoo models. These guys (and ladies) are great!

Camrose Cycle was TERRIBLE. Maybe they have improved.

I had a sled back a few years ago. Acted like a coil was misfiring. They jammed in a new super stiff primary spring and called it good. After about 3 seperate tries at it, we took it to Willerton in Wainwright and they had it solved in about half an hour.

Honestly guys, Can't say enough about Randy and the guys at Motor Tech in Golden. Buy where you ride, it pays off huge. They have got us out of so many "not riding on sunday" situations I cant remember them all.

So what was the problem with the sled?

This thread,

as stated in the first post is not about where to buy a sled, but where to take it in and around Edmonton for service.;)
So if I am in need for some parts, and when I am at home working on my machine, or at home in need of some service...
I ride in various places in B.C. and there is no dealer in most.
