49 degrees north 360+ " total snow fall at the summit 200" of pack!! everything between here and Priest is loaded and more on the way I'm ridding till hell freezeessss over.

Road Cooke City and Beartooth this week [ April 3 - 8 ] and the snow was outstanding. [ How the the H_ ll do you explain large amounts of new snow every day ]
Forecast calls for snow until Friday night.
Not many in Cooke City during the week Just the 7 in our group and about 10 other sledders. 8 or so sledders at Bear Tooth on Thursday. No tracks anywhere . Was like ridding on a cloud at both locations.
If any one is thinking of heading out I would highly recommend doing so .

Another Washingtonian here- the snow has been great in March and April. This is paybacks for the terrible Jan/Feb. I think the La Nina kept the snow down south and it is just working its way back up.

I will be riding well into June around here...Last ride for 2010 was June 27th, this year we have 5' more feet of snow. :face-icon-small-coo

My front door this AM, about a foot or better, and was still coming down good when I left. (actually, still snowing now)

2' near where we ride, should be another good weekend.

the 4m's are sure dead for 77% of riders still riding. Most of the posts during the height of the seasom must have been from the 23% that are done for the season.

was nice spring pow yesterday, but hey, super deep base and sunny skies.. sleds arent going away yet.

got 14'+ base in plenty of bases i ride.. spring is gonna be a long one. heck, more like summer riding!!!

Been snowing here for the last week nonstop, and the next week is nothing but snow as well. Rolled the sleds more times yesterday than we had the whole rest of the year... almost may huh?

If you live in the flatlands... you just need to get in the truck!

We got a foot of fresh last night, and it snowed all day today.
heading back up for a day of riding tomorrow.

We are nowhere near ending our season yet.
