Rode today and yesterday... stayed at the hotel. Didn't see ur shovel last night or today around noon. Talked to the park ranger this AM... he said today is the last day. The trail is just about gone...

Great season - can't wait until the fall.

We just got home from riding. Did not see any shovel. We did however find a "Sumo suit" thing for towing someone behind a boat. Wondered about the poor fool that got towed behind the snowmachine. Had to have been a major face full of snow.

Weather was perfect and hot. It was a perfect last day.

I'll be flying the paraglider at Hatchers to pass the time till the snow flies.

That sumo suit belonged to those guys who had the AMDS tent and motor home. They would go to the top, drop someone off, and that person would ride down with helmet on and everything.... looked super intense... i was under the impression they left it up there on purpose so they didn't have to bring it back and forth... they were just headed out when i was loading to leave.

Rode yesterday with TonyinAK and M1KE. You guys rip. Thanks for showing me around. What a great way to close out the season.

Good to meet you Hans!

Was a good last ride in Whittier yesterday! Managed to put down 50 miles without realizing it (till my motor started sputtering from lack of gas).

The weather has been awesome! It hurts putting the sled up for the year- Gonna be a looong Summer!

Hans, I'm jumping on a plane this afternoon till this weekend sometime. I'll hit you up Saturdayish we'll have to grab a beer.

Whittier website has officially closed Whittier for riding as of last Tuesday. I wrote them an email thanking them for keeping the area open for us. Even with that stupid rockslide it was still great riding. People that put their machines away before Whittier opens are truly missing out.
