softndeep,,,i know you are upset...and rightly so...me i generally wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my stuff...but your situation is differant...but there is one thing about your dealing has has me really upset....ITS ALL YOUR FRIGGIN YELLING IN YOUR POSTS...ITS FRIGGEN ANNOYING...!!!...so settle down and people listen better when you don;t FRIGGEN YELL...

just saying i did buy 2 pairs of skis from white powder he was easy to deal with, but i havent gotten ot ski but like you said, he still is giving you the run around and that is bull s**t, also giving me the runaround, we should all roadtrip to wiscosin, i am from northeast iowa about 4 hour drive lol

I'll say this Andrew........ You shouldn't be in business if you dont know how to do business.
I just wish you wouldn't have spent my $300.00 in the first place and that you could have at least put enough in your paypal account to do my refund a long time ago.
This has just been a totally unexceptable experience all the way around.

Second, does SLP know about this? I would think if he was/is a dealer, and doing this to customers. I would think a company such as SLP would surley want to know about there dealer's doing this.
Personally I am not sure how many people (more than the 4 claimed) had problems. But the attitude WOW, when he had your funds... the comments of "running your mouth" and then "holey hell" .
Problem could of been resolved with a better outcome with a little respect and customer service.
A lesson learned, and not only with this deal. There are dealers on here that might be $20 or so higher in price. BUT they are legit and have a great customer service record. And will make sure you are happy and take care of you.

dude i would be yelling like a mofo waiting almost 2 months to get money back that's were i would stick a add on craigslist in his town because I'm sure he is trying to sell them on craigslist and letting people around him know what he is made of might change his tune and I'm sure he is not a dealer for slp because if he was I'm sure slp would have been on here by now trying to help you out like softndeep said were are the people who he claimed bought skis from him?????

Usually when someone is trying to take advantage of SW's a bunch of people jump in and tell the same story....but not here?
After reading thru all this and having nothing to do with either party it seems a little blown out of proportion.
Going to a third Pary (paypal) will slow down a refund and once you start flamming somebody I am sure they are not looking to do you any favors.
WHite+Powder never hid or denied his fault in the original problem, and admits his companies mistake. Things may have been cleaned up better after that mistake and maybe in a more timely fashion but they didn't?

i agree with Tudizzle...White Powder was called a scam and a crook and every name under the book...yet he made things right..maybe not timely but still he finally did square up..!!!..now a scammer or crook would never square up..so yes a few patrons can be angry for a transaction gone astray and funds held up for abit...but these same people should also have the balls to apologize for branding or attempting to brand someone a scammer and crook when its totally inappropiate...i would likely deal with White Powder because at least he did eventually make things right,,
