Well, now paypal is showing that his refund is pending until November 3rd, and I also attached a paypal screenshot so nobody can come back and say that I am lying. Called paypal and they said they are waiting on my bank.

I never knew that refunds could be pending in any way. I thought all refunds were instant fund transfers.....
It would have been instant like the others I refunded but I selected from bank account by accident when I processed it and there is no way I can cancel it from doing that, I called paypal after I realized it. Thats why the other 2 guys I refunded, got their refund the same day softndeep requested his.

I'm glad I read this thread. How could it take so long to get a refund from pay-pal even if it's coming form his bank account?
Everytime I transfer money to my pay pal account from my bank account it only takes 3-4 day max before its available, and I transfer money to my pay-pal account quite often.
It taking this long to get $ into his pay-pal account from his bank account can only happen if he doesn't have any funds in his bank account to transfer.

I would think that you should be able to cancel your current bank account Paypal "refund" to Softndeep and go back to the original payment made to you and refund that directly and instantly. As I recall, there should be a link shown next to the payment made to you that you can follow to make the refund. That way it keeps from clustering up a big cluster to start with........Just saying......

Just remeber that if he is sending you a "separate" payment instead of a refund of your initital payment, you'll get dinged with Paypal's fees to recieve the money.
