I should be doing a bunch of x-mas ****.... but I think I am going to go to the garage and pre-game for the broncos...
 
I just smoked 3 bowls....now I am going to go pick up a giant knife and prep a bone in prime rib roast.

Gotta french it out first....then stuff it with some herbs and garlic...throw on a nice season rub...then roast that puppy for a few hours.
 
nice, I am smoking a pork butt and 4 racks of ribs for tomorrow. been rubbin my meat all morning!!

Ray boogied. I'm sore as fork, so gonna kick back and tune the sleds a little. Maybe ride tomorrow.
