Where to stay/ride in togwotee?

First time poster here, but been reading on snowest for about a month. I can't stand to not ride anymore. 2 Xp's are looking lonley in the garage.Thanks for the great picks of tog. Going up next thursday-sunday. Where is a good place to stay? And most importantly, where is the best riding? Thanks for the imput, I can't wait

Lava Mountain Lodge

Couple miles above The Tie Hack On the Highway. Can easily catch the CD or Ride the highway to X (Brooks Lake Road).
Gas, good food, nice rooms.

Just came back from a great week at Togwotee Mtn Lodge. Snow was awesome, and I really liked going out with Noah (guide) I did not get a chance to try other guides that work there, but I really did not find the need to.

Just came back from a great week at Togwotee Mtn Lodge. Snow was awesome, and I really liked going out with Noah (guide) I did not get a chance to try other guides that work there, but I really did not find the need to.

We stayed at Towotee Mtn Lodge at the beginning of the month and loved it. Very convenient, nice rooms, reasonable price, and we didn't even start the truck for 3 days. Complete ride in ride out access! Can't beat the attitude of the lodge, either. Snowmobile fanatics.

Stay at Togwotee Mountain Lodge, a better location than Lava Mtn, IMO, and the outdoor hot tubs are amazing...really soothe the muscles, unfortunately, the ride back from the tubs is a bit cold. I love Togwotee Mtn Lodge tho, amazing shop there too, very helpful

My vote is Brooks Lake Lodge! Same owner as Tog. but much more private, you are already up in the hills, and Joe is an awesome guide.Was there Sun. and the trail to Jules Bown isn,t even blown open yet!Amy is an excellent bartender,the food is great, and the manager Adam is doing a great job this year. look em up online.
