we sit and chat on the forum all day because it cold, not sure if you live around here or not but its really cold. drive and make a report..
youll have reports after friday, when its not -10 and -20, people go riding.

Yes i do live around here, it is cold. Went to Valdez last weekend. snow was crap, windy as hell on saturday night and Sunday morning, camped out in the pass, and there is still no snow in Eureka. 30 below in Glenallen, that is cold.

I guess thats the answer to where the freshies are at. We had to hand load both sleds in 60 mph winds, good times. You should of seen the snow packed into the trucks engine compartments, i cant believe they even started. took all week to get the snow melted out of the sleds. Anyone know what the snow is like in hatchers?

was that snow packed in there liek that after riding! thats insane..
with these temps im not sure if anywhere is gonna be "great riding" as far as powder goes. hopefully ill find soem goodness north when i go up

The snow got packed in there from the wind. we got hammered in the pass. parked at blueberry lake rec site and camped all weekend. Snow was all windlblown and hard packed, and saturday we got destroyed by the wind and snow. it was like getting sandblasted in the face. Polished the **** outta my truck, left everything chuck full of snow. Sleds had of weighed well over 600lbs. Eureka doesnt have much snow. not windblown like thompson pass, only about 2 ft by the road, so there might be deep in the hills. Gunsight didnt look like it had much on it either.

akpow...i would take some "pet proof" screen door material and glue that on the insides of your vents...it should keep most of the snow out, but im not sure about 900 mph snow! sounds like it SUCKED

later

thats where illll be going. can expect to see you and some of the family out there?

Don't know yet. Would prefer not to have the girl's(no offense to any) in a stuck-fest. Might make a marsh playing trip sunday with Dillon and his dad... We'll see what happens. When you leaving???
