Wheelies, Arms Are Sore!!

My son and I went on a ride in the Rubies this morning. The snow is getting deeper and deeper. We may have another month of riding in front of us. My arms are sore from pulling myself up on the sled all day trying to keep the front end down. We had a blast, here's a few pictures of how much snow Lamoille Canyon still has. Very, very crazy ride!!

Sweet, looks like it was heck of nice day to boot, keep that up and your going to need a KMOD

What kind of engine is lifting the skis like that?

Jay,
It's a UBR 900 grabbing the heavy snow through a 151 Polaris 2.4". It doesn't matter much how the suspension is set-up, it's a great running motor with a track that's a little short. It's fun and annoying at the same time. We were scared of the real steep chutes yesterday because of it. Only stands on the tunnel like that in slushy, heavy snow, "Springtime".

It stands up like its got some power thats for sure. Its wild how some will run on the rear wheel like that.

FYI, to say it doesn't matter with the suspension??? I ran a 153 HCR on 12lbs with the KMOD and it keeps it down and gives you way more control. Without the KMOD you couldn't hold it wide open on snow like that and it was out of control. Huge improvement on sleds with wheelie power.

Cool, UBR can't buy advertizing like that. :face-icon-small-hap
