Very cool. I didn’t know that was Anita Carter in that video. Anita and Helen and June and mother Maybelle. what a great music family and then throw in Johnny Cash and it was magic.

The Johnny Cash show, with the Carter family, Carl Perkins, the Statler Brothers. Priceless!

Alan Jackson sure does a swell job on that tune!
I can listen to that one over and over...

Really wanted to see him on his "Last" tour this year, but he never got even close to us, and it looks like he kept it short.
I take it that he was not dooing well at all.

I've been trying to get my Mom back to the Grand Ole Opry for a couple years to see a show (covid made it tricky). We did a tour of the Opry with her a couple years ago and it was excellent! Took her to Loretta's birthday bash in 2019 and it was so damn cool - AJ was one of the many performers.

I'm excited to go see Alan Jackson wherever he plays to see a full show, hope he's doing alright....
