Whats a good pair of goggles

Im looking for a new pair of goggles, what do you guys use?

509's hand down!! We used them ALL last season and I was never disappointed.

I've used Scott and Smith and these preform the best without question.

We have most colors in stock along with Polarized lenses or Colored lenses.

Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks,
Paul

I was extremely happy with my Oakley Sno-X goggles last year. It is just their Crowbar MX style with a blue or red tint lens. I rode with the blue lens all day and night and never wanted anything else. I was tempted to try some 509s but with how well the Oakleys worked all last season I cannot justify it. Especially since I am an Oakley distributor.

Scott 89xi with the light sensitive goggles get my vote, 509's were ok, but I got the original version...sucked because they are built for a youth small helmet with the amount of foam they had on the goggles...if they had bigger foam, I think they would be a really nice goggle, they have since changed their design but I only wear mine when it's 40 degrees or more...509 distributors, anything you can do to retrofit the old version of goggles with the new foam??

I've been using a cheapo set of ski goggles for the past 3-4 years now. They have a light blue tint to the lens with a chrome outer finish. I think they cost about $20-25 and they work great. My only complaint is that if I don't get my balaclava on just right under my skid lid I get a cold spot on my forehead.

I have tried Oakley Wisdoms, Scotts and the first year 509s'. I like the 509s the best and now have four pair with the Amber lenses(two for me two for the Mrs.). They have great transition in flat light and seemed to fog up the least of all the brands I have had.

Do you have to buy the 509s in clear? I can't see where you can get them with anything else without paying more. And is their blue a light blue like the Oakleys? I love the light blue for all conditions. I have found Amber lens goggles too dark at night. You can still see but not as well as with the light blue lens.

Honestly the only thing I would like to have about the 509s is the added foam. I had a mild spot of what I can only describe as frostbite where my goggles didn't seal between my goggle sides and helmet. Other than that, they don't fog unless I do something stupid like breath right in them, clear quick, and I can see great.
