Not at all judging, just wondering how a guy can support obama based on this concern alone.

I think the whole situation is ***ged up. It seems the paster started to use obama for publicity in the end. From what I understand, his themes shown on tv where not the norm, but they did happen regardless, and some were disturbing. They did seem to be more of a rant though, crazy at that.

I would have expected better for a presidential candidate, and question the motives for listening through them.

He grew up with a single mom who worked minimum wage jobs to get her family by everyday and ended up graduating from one of the best schools in the nation (work ethic...), Worked with some of the poorest people in inner city chicago to get them back on their feet (doesnt think anyone who makes under 5 million a year is middle class), and put togther one of the most powerful and succesful campaigns in history....

Everyone says what is happening with the kids of today... I want to know why you baby boomers have done this to the country? Why have you cared more about making your precious money then leaving the government in good condition for your kids? Everyone wants to blame someone, but it has been the inaction of 30-50 year olds that has gotten us where we are. The whole, I don't like what they are doing, but I would rather make money than do anything about it...

I work in Bellevue, well technically Redmond.. but I won't ever have a chance at living there. 500k for a house, please. Though I look at what I am paying for rent, then I look at what my friends are paying for their house with acreage... sadly I am paying more. But they don't have mountains in Michigan so FU to them.

When I was making the comparison about focusing more on money, I was pointing out the shift in society. I am living it also. We were taught by our parents after all. Anyways the solution is not about money, nor time. It is about people. People need to give a crap again, actually care about the system, I am guilty of this also. If liberals really cared about people they'd teach them how to work, and save, and plan. Not, stand around with their freaking hand out, biotching about how they don't have a 54" plasma. I'd say Republicans care more about the poor than liberals. Their a lot more inclined to help the poor than the liberals, but when they do, they call it what it is, welfare.
