what should I do to my sled?

So, got a 12 m1100 sp with hijacker 2.0 , 38" front, 153" skid, ce track, clutch kit and a home built muffler. What more should i do to it? Thinking of drilling the spindles like the 13s and maybe dropping the skid down, also like the 13s or is this going to make it even more heavy in the front? I do live in sweden so i cant get all the cool stuff from US without getting poor and grey hair while i wait.
I do almost all of my riding in the trees with pro rmks and and m800s so i want it do be as easy to handle as possible and not getting stuck as soon as we come to the deep and steep with alot of trees.

Thanks

throw away the stock skis if they are still on there. Install a vertical steering post and drop the front bolts on the rear skid to the 2013 position. That will help the way in handles allot. Made my sled act totally different.

Vert post is a must have. Light wight seat, hood and battery are easy adds. Maybe not that easy to get insweden though. Cold air intake, EVO BRV, fan and blankets.

The vertical steering is something i can live without, actually like the original more then the vertical on my hcr-12 :face-icon-small-blu
If im moving the skid down, should i only do it in the front and not in the rear or both? Do i have to have an anti stab kit if im doing this?
Will for sure take a look at what evo offers, looks like some of the things is a must have.
Those lightweight batteries and seats etc. would be really nice. Feels like taking some weight of theese sleds are a must if you wanna ride the way i like.

Thanks!
