This is my 1977 Hallett jetboat.
Rebuilt 455 Olds with Comp cams jetboat cam, J heads, high nickel block, Holley Double pumper.
Also rebuilt Berkely jet drive.
And if you look close you can see my co pilot in the boat. He's looking at the motor. :D

Nice fish VMan, where did you catch that hog??

Dry Falls lake over in Eastern Washington. The rainbows and browns grow like footballs over there. You definately need a little boat like this, and it's a selective fishery (single barbless only). Its what me an my little lady do in the spring when the snow has melted and we are still sitting in the rain on this side of the mountains.

Is it fly fishing only?? or are single barbles lures ok?

Single barless lures are okay, no bait. There are no regs limiting what style of fishing you do but 99% of the guys out there are fly fishing. There is a 1 fish limit too. I think everyone releases unless they hooked an eye or gill and don't think the fish will make it.

1987 Baja 184 Sunsport. 4.3L 205 hp with a gen 1 Alpha drive. I've had it since new. It's been a fantastic boat. Got a hundred pics of me standing in it but not one digital pic of the damn boat. Figures.
