What I have to do tu put the new 165 track on my 163 2.6 2020

I have a 165 on my stock 163 raills, you don't need anything but drivers and the track. If using avid or powderfreaks drives you need anti stab.

Do I need to change the gearing or only de pitch, track and wheels ?

Gearing should be fine 7T x 2.86" pitch= 20"
7T x 3".00 pitch=21"
6T x 3.50"pitch=21"

The question mark is the rail length. IceAge lists both a 162/3 rail and a 165" rail. You should be able to "stretch" a 162/3 rail with an offset axle and larger rear wheel to take up an slack that may be present.

The OP title states 163x2.6 so oem poo rails will accommodate the 165 track.

No question for the OP.

Mine is on. 163 tunnel. 163 rails.

You don't need new rails, rail extension or off-set axle.

I already had 3.0 pitch Avid drivers, so my rails we already trimmed and anti-stab installed.

So other than that, just swap drivers and mount.

Plenty of tension adjustment left.

I'll get better pics, but this is the only one I have right now.IMG_20201002_171915997_HDR.jpg

Do you have the part number? can't find it in the parts site

I ordered it through my contract at Polaris, so I never had the part number.
Let me see if I can get it from Polaris.
