She asked Santa for a jewelry armoir. If you want sledding stocking stuffers, how about some Scott LS turbo lenses, some new gloves, muffpot (insert childish joke here), or such. Also sheepskin slippers are good if she has cold feet...oh wait, it's usually the guy that gets cold feet.
Godiva chocolate and lottery tickets also are staples for stocking stuffers.

Canon SD 870IS. It's got a wider lens than the 850, so you don't have to get so far back for normal point-and-shoot shots. Very nice camera for $300.
I wouldn't recommend a Kodak EasyShare. I bought the Z1275 model this fall. It was the only high pixel model with a big optical zoom I could find that would fit in my pocket nicely and wasn't overly big. It takes excellent pictures if the lighting is good, but doesn't handle low lighting well, and the video looks like a drunk man took it no matter how steady you try to hold it.
